These terms cover your use of this website. If you sign with us, your working relationship is covered by a separate management agreement, which you will see and agree to before anything starts.

1. About these terms

This website is run by OnlyScale Management ("OnlyScale", "we", "us"). By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. You must be 18 or over

This website and our services are only for adults aged 18 or over. By using the site or applying, you confirm that you are.

3. Applying to work with us

Sending an application does not create any agreement between you and us, and it does not commit you to anything. We review every application personally and may decline any application at our discretion. Please make sure the information you give us is accurate.

4. About the results we show

The earnings and growth figures on this website are real results from creators we have managed, shown with identifying details removed. Every creator is different. Results depend on many things, including your content, consistency, niche and audience, so past results are not a promise or guarantee of what you will earn.

5. Our working agreement

If you choose to work with us, the details, including the revenue split, the 12-month term and the 7-day notice period for ending the arrangement, are set out in our management agreement. There is no lock-in. If anything on this website differs from that agreement, the agreement applies.

6. Not affiliated with OnlyFans

OnlyScale is an independent agency. We are not owned by, endorsed by or affiliated with OnlyFans, Instagram or any other platform mentioned on this site. All trademarks belong to their owners.

7. Our content

The design, text and graphics on this website belong to OnlyScale. You are welcome to view and share links to the site, but please do not copy or reuse our content without permission.

8. Liability

We work hard to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
