Your privacy matters to us more than almost anything. Creators trust us with personal details, and we never share them outside our team. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have over it.

1. Who we are

OnlyScale Management ("OnlyScale", "we", "us") is a creator management agency based in Australia. This policy covers this website and the information you give us when you apply to work with us. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

2. What we collect

When you apply through our website, we collect the information you choose to give us, including:

Your first name, age, email address, phone or WhatsApp number and country
Your social media handles and follower ranges
Your OnlyFans link, current earnings range, page type and any current agency details
The types of content you are comfortable creating, your availability and your goals
Anything else you write in your application

Like most websites, we may also collect basic technical information automatically, such as your browser type, device and pages visited, to keep the site working well.

To plan your strategy and onboarding if you sign with us
To improve our website and application process

We do not sell your information, and we never use it for anything unrelated to working with you.

4. Who sees it

Only the members of our team who need it to assess your application or manage your account. We also use trusted service providers to run this website and store applications, such as website hosting, form handling and spreadsheet tools. They only process your information on our behalf.

Some of our team members and service providers are located outside Australia. When your information is handled overseas, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is protected to a standard consistent with this policy.

We will only disclose your information to anyone else if you agree, or if the law requires it.

5. Your results and identity

We never publish a creator's name, face, handle or identifying details without her permission. Any results we share, on this website or elsewhere, have identifying details removed.

6. Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including limiting access to our team and using secure, reputable tools. No system is ever completely secure, but we treat your details with the care we would want for our own.

7. How long we keep it

If you do not sign with us, we keep your application for up to 12 months in case the timing is better later, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time. If you do sign, we keep your information for as long as we work together and as required by law afterwards.

8. Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email us and we will respond within 30 days.

9. Age requirement

This website and our services are only for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we find out we have.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
